Rocking rucking
It's made training for both backpacking trips and just for increasing strength so easy. No more awkwardly loaded packs with weight that's never in quite the right place! If you want to carry less than 20 lb, it's very easy to remove some of the weights and adjust to your liking.

Overall a good experience with this purchase! Item was shipped/received quickly and is as described. I like having weight bars instead of a pouch that could break open and the bars are easy to remove or insert back into the sleeves. Vest is easy to put on and adjust. Very pleased so far!

Great Vest! don't hesitate!
I had used 4 times in the first week, did murph, running, lunges, burpees, push ups, pull ups, pistols, You can take out some weight if you want, easy to put on and take out. It' let you move easy, Im 154lb and I can feel the difference wearing it . This is really inexpensive compared to other brands, and well made. Took mine to Costa Rica. Really happy with my new toy.
