XM Fitness Flat Bench

I like the bench so far, nice and sturdy and perfect for what I need (dumbbell exercises). Only gripe is I wonder how the underside will hold up if you need to grip it for exercises like dragon flys. We’ll see!

Only 3 pieces to assemble: The pad, the frame and the wheel base. 8 bolts, 6 of which are for the pad.
The pad is firm but also slightly condenses making a very comfortable bench, it has a good height at 18 inches which is conducive for proper leg drive during your exercise (although another half inch lower wouldn't hurt).
It's very easy to move around with the lever like handle and is quite sturdy for the price. Would definitely recommend.
