XM FITNESS Jammer Arm Add-On for XM FITNESS Rig System

Jammer arms are 43" in length and can be adjusted in height. Handles can also be adjusted independently with the use of the included safety pins.

Designed to work with 2" Olympic plates.

Great addition to my gym

Added these a couple weeks ago. They work great, and add a bunch of new options to change up our workouts. I store the arms at the top of the rack, in a straight up position (held in place with a couple bungie cords), so I can still fully use my Infinity (Omega) rack.

Is there a way to have the weight plates higher up on the arm above the press region?

No, it is designed to maximize the weight. Placing the weight holder higher would drastically reduce the weight resistance.

The XM Fitness uses 3"x3" tubing that is 3mm. They use 1" holes that are 2" centre to centre apart. You would have to see what REP configuration is to see if it is compatible.
