I have two because I misplaced one and couldn’t go without it. This is the best and so affordable. Helps my tight hips so much :)

Just a little larger than a lacrosse ball, this thing is amazing. The slightly larger size works its way into those muscles just that little bit easier if you have a little extra around the middle. ;-)
