Good but fragile

I like how the J-hooks feel. However the plastic parts have been already scratched up pretty visibly by the barbell, just from bench pressing and OHP using them. I don't think it affects the hooks' integrity but it still doesn't look good.

Will these fit on the Xtreme Monkey 365 Power Rack?

What dimension of power rack uprights were the made for? The up rights on my power rack are about 2.5by 2.5 inches I'm just wondering if they fit my power rack. Thanks
