An add on for the XM FITNESS 100FID bench.

Turn one of the most durable benches on the market into a leg curl or leg extension machine. Comes with a bonus 13" Olympic Chrome Sleeve that allows for Olympic and Standard weights to be used with this system. . 5 position levels to accommodate height and comfort. 2 Vinyl High Density Rollers for the curl and 2 for the extension leg exercises are built into this unit.

Monkey Leg Extension

I’ve been using it for awhile now and I’m completely satisfied with it’s functionality. The adjustable bench seat puts your legs at right angle for maximum benefit during curls or extensions. It attaches easily to bench. Well made great addition to monkey bench.

Does the XM FITNESS XM100 Leg Curl/Extension Attachment fit into Northern Lights Benches? The steel tubing on my bench is 1 & 7/8" x 1&7/8" so it would accept the standard 1&3/4 tubing from an attachment.

Likely not. There are also variances in powder coat thicknesses as well as hole configurations.

We do not carry Vo3 so would not know. They are different vendors and XM uses thicker tubing and hole configuration.

I'm 6'2 and am concerned my feet will hit the ground trying to do leg extensions. Is there a height limit for use?
