If you're looking for an SSB in Canada with comparable or better quality to the expensive options like Elite FTS, Rogue, or Kabuki I would highly recommend this Xtreme Monkey SSB. It has a proper 22 degree camber, 15 inch rotating sleeves, beefy and deep knurling handles with heavy duty padding for heavy weights. With tax and shipping to Halifax it was $440 which was $100 cheaper than the next best option Bells of Steel SSB $550 (tax & ship incl) which only has 11 inch sleeves.

Solid bar
I have used the bar a few times now and very happy with the performance. Amazing price (although shipping was expensive), good padding, nice handles and solid balance. I’ve used the bar for regular squats, box squats, good mornings and more without issue. Would recommend
