Does what it needs to do
I currently have 4 hex rubber dumbbells on there right now: a 10, 15, 20, and 25lb. From what I've seen, with hex dumbells at least, the 20lb would need to be on the 4th row if you have heavier weights. When I had the 20lb on the 3rd row and the 25lb on the 4th row, they kept nudging eachother when I put them on and off. For my hex dumbbells, it looks like the best setup would be 5-30lbs. Anything more than 30lbs you may want to consider a different rack just because it will be bothersome putting them on and off. In short, it looks like the rack is set to have a 5lb on top, 30lb on the bottom, and then 10, 15, 20, and 25lbs in between (in order). The only thing I am actually critical of for this is that it's just metal on the ground... It would've been nice having a few rubber feet on the bottom of the base so that it wouldn't move around much... but that's likely me just asking too much. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase because it fits my needs perfectly!
