If you buy these 100 plates, I recommend you buying the XM LIQUID CHALK as well for better grip when handling. Very excited I have these now I can spend less time loading on 45’s taking up all the space on the end of the bar.

Warning ⚠️

They can be difficult to lift from the floor if you put them at flat since they have no hole to form a handle.
