Adjustable Ankle Weights - 20lb Pair - Element Fitness

The adjustable ankle weights work extremely well, on days when I want to give 'er I use the full 10 lbs (per ankle) and on other days I simply pop out a few weights to adjust the amount of weight I want depending on exercises I am doing to suit the purpose, avoiding injury. Far superior to other set ups and as another reviewer said, I didn't know there was an option for 10lbs per ankle!

For years I over looked ankle weights because they usually ranged from 2.5-5lbs per leg. I have never seen 10lbs per leg!!! with such a good price! shipping was fast even with Covid. Quality is perfect. very very happy
