It’s great. I’m motivated to work out because of the simplicity of the equipment. It’s wonderful.

I love the machine. A couple of things to know before purchasing it are; the cable pulleys don’t slide up and down, they are fixed in the top and bottom position only and the other thing is that you need to be careful when loading on a lot of weight not to position yourself to far away from the machine, it will wobble and lift slightly off the floor. Besides that I have really enjoyed using it and it has been a game changer for muscle isolation and it has helped me with improving my shoulder issues. I definitely recommend this machine if you’re on a budget it will definitely do the job.
