Element Fitness Extra Large Premium Exercise Mat

These mats are more comfortable than normal yoga mats by far and help with pressure points while doing exercise on your hips, knees and elbows. They provide a very good level of friction to keep the mat in place and so that your hands and feet don't slip on the mat.
The only down side I've experienced so far is that the lower density foam can tear if doing things like burpies with running shoes. My dog walked over the mat one time and her toe nail tore a chunk out... Time to clip her nails, but also can't say durability is the best.

Unlike my thinner yoga mats this exercise mat STAYS PUT. It's comfortable and great for exercising on with P90 and Power Half Hour (including yoga). Worth every penny. Would love for it to be bigger though, but maybe I'll get a second one some time.
