Element Fitness Sissy Squat

The bench was easy to set-up and came with basic tools to assemble. My leg workouts are so good and more effective because of this bench. Worth every penny! Thank you.

This sissy squat machine is amazing and worth every dollar. After the first use my heart rate already started to shoot-up, and I was sweating profusely. Sure, I have a squat rack, barbell, and weight plates in my home gym set-up - but this machine adds allot more to my quad leg workouts. It also helps if your into cycling. Thanks Element Fitness, and will recommend.

I was in the market for a Sissy machine. I saw some cheaper options which I was thinking about. After reviewing a few i decided to get this one. Very happy with it so far. Machine is very well built and feels very secure..

Don't let the name fool you, after a number of reps your quads will be screaming.

The padding is large and comfortable. Great quality for the price.

Don't let the name "Sissy" fool you, as you complete a number of reps your quads will be screaming for mercy. This bench is solid and very well constructed. Makes for a great addition to my gym.

Don't let the name fool you, as just doing body weight for maxed reps for starters will have your quads screaming for mercy. I'm pleased with this squat bench, as I use it on each & every leg day. This a great quality bench, well designed & very sturdy.

Very sturdy bench, solid construction with comfortable padding.
This bench helps hit your quads like no other squatting exercises.

stability and muscle contraction. do not expect to use this with heavy weight but max plate of 45 because its 300lb + weight if added during the motion. the padding is large which should be to protect yourself during the movement. i do wish there was a bench pad at the ending of the stand then the long bar touching your back during the movement end stage. i will be doing some custom work to prevent this from happening. really good quality bench and stability for what it does.

I love this machine , it’s sturdy and great padding . Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the pad for knees could be a little lower . I’m 5’2 and it’s still a little high for me at lowest setting
