A flat bench is a flat bench is a flat bench - sort of. Quality does matter.
This bench is just fine. Nothing wrong with it, nothing special with it either. Gets the job done. Right length, right width, right thickness. Elite lifters will need wider and thicker.
By looking at it, I fear it won't last me forever.
