very good vibration machine

This is an excellent unit. My wife and I use this daily as part of our weight training routine. I have found it useful to strengthen core muscles, reduce fatigue and assist in the rehabilitation of acute sore lumbar and neck pain (after a night of sleeping in the wrong position). This is a highly recommended unit with basic operations that is user friendly. It is also a portable and space saving unit if room limitations does not permit a larger unit. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
