I was a little worried about the thickness but honestly on top of concrete this thickness is more than fine, allows you to save money for more equipment. If you walk off of the 3mm onto concrete or asphalt you really notice the impact absorption the 3mm makes. Product was well wrapped and shipping relatively fast considering I bought around a holiday.
Recommend!
The roll is quite heavy at 50' x 3mm so a two person install is recommended. Other than that the rubber has very little memory and lays down easily. In our case some double-sided carpet tape was all that was needed.
Keep in mind with 3mm you're not protecting your floor from bumper plate drops. This product is great for grip, floor exercises, and a cool gym aesthetic.. easy to clean with a steamer mop.
Q:Would this floor be suitable for sled pull/pushes?

A:No. rubber is a grip material, will not be good for sled push/pull.

Q:Is this a low VOC product? And/or is there a "rubber tire" odour?
Is this product resistant against sweat, and does it have any anti-bacterial properties?
And finally, is this product easy to clean? Or do microfibre mops "stick" to the surface.
Look forward to your reply. Thank you

A:This product is imported from overseas. I would strongly suggest the 4 x 25' rolls https://treadmillfactory.ca/products/gorilla-8mm-4-x-25-roll-silver-gray that are made in Canada. Very low VOC and the following floor score:
"FloorScore®
Indoor Air Quality Certified to SCS-EC10.3-2014 v4.1
Conforms to the CDPH/EHLB Standard Method v1.2-2017 (California Section 01350), effective April 1, 2017, for
the school classroom and private office parameters when modeled as Flooring.
Measured Concentration of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC): Between 0.5 – 5.0 mg/m3 (in compliance
with CDPH/EHLB Standard Method v1.2-2017)"
