Best seated row in this price
Took a little bit of time to ship, but this is the best most sturdy seated row you will fine at this price do not get the body solid or other seated rows that have one pivot point. Those machines have way too much arm involvement and are way too finicky to use. They’re not optimized for back growth. This is two separate lever arms that diverge really well to hit the lats and you can sit at different heights to attack different parts of the back

Just purchased this equipment today. Somewhat easy to assembly. It's heavy-duty and very sturdy. It works excellent. It is compatible to gym grade equipment! I am very happy with the purchase!
