Took a little bit of time to ship, but this is the best most sturdy seated row you will fine at this price do not get the body solid or other seated rows that have one pivot point. Those machines have way too much arm involvement and are way too finicky to use. They’re not optimized for back growth.

This is two separate lever arms that diverge really well to hit the lats and you can sit at different heights to attack different parts of the back

Just purchased this equipment today. Somewhat easy to assembly. It's heavy-duty and very sturdy. It works excellent. It is compatible to gym grade equipment! I am very happy with the purchase!

Hi, I've had this machine for a couple months now. Overall good machine, comfortable, good range of motion, good weight curve, fairly easy to put together with good instructions. Only issue I must point out is that the arms/handles are not even as one sits more forward then the other and at slightly different angle. It must have been welded off as there no adjustments to fix it. It doesn't really affect its functionality that much but really annoying to look at. Even when friends see it it's the first they they point out " are those handles off??". Hopefully quality control can fix this in the future. I did contact Treadmill factory over it and they said that the floor model they have is the same but that mine might be a bit worse. It's hard to get a good angle in the picture but it is worse then it looks in the pictures Thanks
