Works great, I love having my weight more organized plus it adds stability to the rack. Make sure you have a 17mm ratchet and wrench though, the "wrenches" they come with would make this annoying to set up. All in all, I had it set up by myself in less then half an hour.
great for the money. so I actually set it up and then removed it from my rack because it took too much space but I don't regret buying it because I use the plate holders on the rack itself and a pair of the plate holders are fifty bucks so it would have cost the same to buy just those.
