I was very satisfied with the whole experience right from the ordering to the delivery. I also am very happy with my purchase of the U616 it is a very comfortable bike with lots of programs.

Almost perfect!

it is a good machine! However the seat installation onto the bike is not easy. You need a socket wrench(not included) and it is hard to align. Nautilus should change the design of that section of the bike! I have put over 100km on the bike. No problem so far!

Pretty good but

Seats a little wonky and won’t lock in, but the worst part was the delivery, didn’t bother knocking on my door just jumped my bike in my driveway and left.

New ride

Bought this to help my wife as she has Osteoarthritis in her feet, and she finds it difficult to run with me anymore.
Putting it together was easy, the quick start is easy to use and it took a little while to figure out how to use the program function.
The mechanics are built well, it runs smoothly and is quiet, the free app is okay and easy to use.
We are very pleased with this bike.

You will need a socket wrench to put the seat on

The tools given are not sufficient to attach the seat to the back. You may also need 2 people for part of the construction to make handling the wires while lifting the tower more manageable.

Otherwise, the bike appears to work perfectly fine from my use so far. It can save 4 users with custom names, routes and other details.
