Money trap, do NOT buy it!!!!! - lousy customer service as well
You must sign up for Ifit to use its essential functions. It is way overpriced, and the screen is useless without subscriptions. I wanted to return the treadmill but heard that it was impossible; customer service is just garbage. I would never purchase anything from a treadmill factory. Bad, bad experience. Stuck with a 3k treadmill that I do not like.

My 2450 arrived (Jan 2025)
My wait time was reduced thanks to your shipping SKU 8136 over 7367, I appreciate that very much. It does come in a BIG/HEAVY box, my team (4 of us) was ready. Packaging is excellent. I watched several videos before unpacking and setup, (recommended) and yes, it's a 2 person setup. Don't rush. The videos spanned several models and improvements you're making are obvious, especially wiring and connectors. I'm setting it up on a low pile carpet with a mat under the treadmill, and will need to devise/use a ramp to prevent buckling of the mat (work in progress). Excellent step # reference between the packaged hardware and the user manual, very useful. After several trial runs I'm happy with the cushioning and feedback from the tread. Looking for a long, trouble free experience.
