ProForm - Pro T14 Treadmill

Great product 2000$ with 1000$ off is a steal for the quality of the item. Large display, wifi and decent incline options. Set up is straight forward. Gonna be a pain to take apart to get back upstairs when we move but that's a me issue. 5/5 would recommend

An decent treadmill for the price but most of the cost clearly goes into the ifit screen. The treadmill itself is mainly plastic. It is loud and most importantly doesn't have wheels at the back so that when the incline goes up, the treadmill bunches up the mat at the back. Also, the front wheels had to be assembled and weren't already bolted onto the frame. The installers needed to rethread the hole because of the excessive paint inside.

Also, Treadmill Factory won't price match. The price of the treadmill was reduced by $200 after mine was shipped and I was not given the difference back. Won't order from them again. I'll buy local next time and get better service

The machine is everything and more than I expected.
I did have a folded section of the track that rubbed and was loud. I requested service from these guys and was told someone would be in touch. 2 months later still nothing.
If you are buying from these guys the “free shipping” is far from that. You will get an email asking for more money as they only pay up to $200 and provide no proof that the freight companies are asking for $458 to get it to you even if you live in or near a large city center. Wish I had pulled chute just out of principal. My brother went to order from here after me an re river the same carbon copy email I did requesting more money.
