This sturdy step offers a secure, non-slip plastic surface for your workout routine and makes an ideal choice for newcomers to step aerobics.
Start at 4" minimum height, and add 2" risers to achieve 6", 8", 10" and a 12" max height
There is no wearing rubber overlay on the step.
Set includes:
- 1 aerobic step base: 16" x 16" x 4"
- 4 step risers: 16" x 16" x 2"
The Step maximum dims are: 16" L x 16" W x 12" H.
