Product arrived damaged. I wrote to the company and haven't received a response. The bolts are so hard to tighten, one we can't even get in. The connection wires were verybhard to connect, and now that it's all setup, we can't change the resistance. So we have to take it apart and figure out why. Not impressed.

iFit ruins the experience
You cannot use the display for anything other that iFit, so if you don't plan to pay for a second bike per year on their subscription, you are better off with a cheaper model.

Good value
Pretty challenging to assemble and getting my iFIT account synced to the spin bike required online support because getting the settings right was so technically not user friendly (maybe that’s an iFIT issue). Overall I’m pleased with the end result though. The spin bike works well and the workouts on iFIT are great.

Bought on sale @499$, great bike!
Love the bike. At first it wasn’t working properly with the videos because my ifit software was an older version. I called ifit customer service and after a few tranfers git an IT tech that walked me throught updating. Bike works flawlessly now. So if you buy an bike midel that has been out for a few years, make sure you update the software by contacting their customer support.
